Services and pricing

Every service is priced as a fixed fee, shown on this website as "from ₹X". That is a starting price, not a quote. The starting price is for the ready-made version, exactly as described on this website, with your details (name, email ID, phone number, WhatsApp connection, database or CRM connection) set up. If the service needs to be customised for your business, the price changes too. The final price is agreed once we finalise the scope — after the free call or the detailed business review. There is no hourly billing.

Monthly support

Once I build something, I keep it running under a maintenance contract, like an AMC, signed annually and quoted separately for each project. It covers monitoring, fixes, updates, WhatsApp message template approvals, a monthly report, and one small change a month.

A "small change" is a change to what the system says — wording, contact details, a price-list line. A change to what the system does — new logic, a new channel, a new integration — is quoted separately as new work.

Usage costs

WhatsApp messages, AI usage and voice minutes are billed at actual usage, on top of the project and monthly support fees. These vary with how much the system is used and are not fixed in advance.

Payment

Projects: 50% on signing, the remaining 50% on acceptance of the completed work.

Detailed business review (from ₹75,000): 50% in advance, balance on delivery of the final report. This fee is separate and is not adjustable against any future project.

The 40-minute business review call is free.

I accept UPI, bank transfer and cheque.

GST

GST will be levied over and above the prices quoted above, as applicable under Indian tax law. GSTIN: 07APBPH2648F2Z5.

What I do not do

I never quote a project before I understand the client's business needs. I never share one client's data or results with another.
